I'm moving as I just got the GET THE FUCK OUT, WE'RE TEARING THE BUILDING DOWN eviction notice.

So I have til the end of this month.

Will be moving to an Island here at Seattle, so my dsl will not forward.
/my buddy owns a house.

I have to quit my seattle job also, as I'm not doing ferries everyday.

Only cable is available, so Not sure what is going on yet.

I hope I'm not fucking my life up, but what choice do I have?

Both and see if they have some sort of money back guarantee. Even in the same town quality of connections can vary. Here Charter had cable modems before DSL came along. They had a money back guarantee that I took full advantage of right before my 30 days were up. It was always going down with no explanation and zip on tech support for answers or help. Service was so bad even up to the last step when I had to inform them of their guarantee, which they didn't seem to know about. In the end I had two $20.00 credits for 2 missed installs and the money back for the month of internet. Not too long after I cancelled the cable tv as well. But I have heard very good things about Charter in other areas/towns.
