'jobs will ask me' --> what you'll be expected to do on a tech support line? or at a support desk in some building office? Depends on the type of support and for what company. I mean if its a support line, you'll have to understand exactly what products your supporting but beyond that not much. If its an in-person place, probably simple maintainance and repair as well as advice.
