sorry didn't get what your after. 'jobs will ask me' --> what you'll be expected to do on a tech support line? or at a support desk in some building office? Depends on the type of support and for what company. I mean if its a support line, you'll have to understand exactly what products your supporting but beyond that not much. If its an in-person place, probably simple maintainance and repair as well as advice. That what you were meaning? |

What is your prior experience ? What is your motivation ? What are your qualifications ? And any references ? What is your sexual orientation ? What is your penis' Length ? How do... No seriously.....if you're asking what questions to expect when you're working there we'll be filling spud's webspace.... A neighbour worked on a help desk once - he went wacko and needed a year off to recouperate....never fully got over it... Some peolpe in need are quite frustrated already when they come to you for help, and they're all to eager to vent/ pour that anger on you !!! |
