Was wondering how many movies you guys approx have. Doesn't have to be all horror.

Me for example have about 100 + original bought dvd's and the same number of video casettes, as for cd-r, be it either divx, xvid, svcd, skvcd i have approx 500+ :beerchug:

let's see whom has te most insane collection !!

I have abt 150 DVD, which are at 90% horror ... :lol: And maybe like 50 old VHS that I keep only for the collector side of them ... like old Argento, or old Fulci :mrgreen:

About 40 DVD, I get bored and sell em LOL, 12 vhs and around 30 rips. I am not a great keeper of films, most of them are not worth a second viewing.

i've got about 150 original dvd's and maybe about 1600 .avi's aswell (given up logging everything nowadays).....vhs i had about 500 or so but gave most away now i've only got about 75 left but since my vcr isn't even plugged in they'll probably never get to be viewed again :wacky:

hmmm it says 913 movies + 167 DVDs (lots of series though) + I got maybe 50 movies on my hdd and 75 DVDrs I haven't added yet (actual movies not rips on DVDs... I wish! another 75 x 6 movies would be cool). V

HSs I've all given away, bar the odd rarity and my Red Dwarf collection :lol: I'm sure I had more rips but I guess I don't :(

Great to see all those lovely replies here !! :twisted: nice to see that there are more maniacs outhere whom try to collect as much as possible.
@Bonnie_Parker, I like the old VHS system it makes me think of the days back when I was a kid, strawling down the local rental toko for the obscure horror flicks

@PC_Arcade, I know the problem indeed some of my movies are not even worth to watch 1 time :mrgreen:

Since im known with this site, my donwloads are boosted enormously THNX for that, just watched DEAD END great flick btw especially the humor is pretty cool :D

Anyone collecting other stuff besides movies ?? I have about 500 original bought Metal cd's and over 150 pcs heavy metal vinyls hahahahha

Collecting is like a disease for me hhahahahahhaa can hardly fit the shit into my room anymore :roll:

I collect everything that has to do with old Italian horror movies : OST in CDS and vinyls, books, articles, biographies... I have quite a collection of articles and books about zombies :lol: :lol:

cough, cough.... and now the riaa know how much you download :-o hehe... but i wonder why we ppl have the urg to collect? i am way over my head in stuff thats for sure... i am stuffed and cant stop it feel like dope sometimes.... i know i am addicted to movies and addicted to games on retro computers,consoles, arcades. thats not all i am generally addicted to rare stuff other ppl dont find intressting, the more normal ppl find it unintressting the more i want it lol...

@bonnie, it takes more than that to be a geek it aint that easy ;)

hehe yeah i was jsut thinking now the riaa and mpaa know how much u download, but like d0c im addicted to movies and games/retro games etc, still i guess the mpaa wont care quite as much about me as most movies ive got are old films because most new films are worth wiping your arse on

he i like rare stuff too d0c, ive got loads of original vhs (i jsut cant throw them away even tho some ive bought on dvd)

@spud.. i got all those tazos and all of both sets of looney tunes ones when tehy were out, bought the binders to keep them in too... hehe
