need help identifying a film

Sorry if this is in wrong section but i don't know what film is called.Film is about a women who turns into a black widow spider,in the end a girl is shown with a hourglass birthmark on her stomach,i seen this in 70's so its pretty old

Yeah, does sound like fun:
