I was trying to remember a game I used to play on the Amiga (I think), and as far as I my hazy memory can remember, it was like you were a Hercules type character and you had to do loads of tests that were like proving your strengths. I think one of them was slaying lions or something, but definitely the most memorable one was having to shovel big piles of shit in a stable! I think the character looked like the guys in Altered Beast - not really cartoony graphics, more shaded, but these were old school graphics don't forget. Please somebody remember this game, it's been killing, been thinking about it for days. |

i'm quite sure that i never saw this game.
but this is definitely one of the tests hercules has to fulfill. the stable belongs to augias. so there is a big chance that the name 'hercules' appears in the game's title. |

Well i searched for Hercules and Amiga but couldn't find much, Hercules seems to be the name of an Amiga emulator too, just to piss me off more 
I found a C64 game called Hercules: Slayer of the Damned, but it doesn't look like the one... ...come on somebody has to help me experience virtual shit shovelling again! |

Heimdall had some tests in it but most of the were logical, so I don't think that is the answer (but who knows). |

Have you tried gamefaqs.com. They are a good resource for gaming info in general and they organize by system. Or videogame museum .I can't remember the URL, they used to have ROMs, you can find them with videogame museum in a search engine. |

I've been playing amiga games for about 13 years now i have the full tosec set and more and its not ringing a bell but i'll keep my eyes and ears open for you and will let you know if i find anything !!!!!!

I've been looking for a game I had on Amiga A500 for like 10 years ... I still haven't found it 
I went through back2roots and a lot of other stuff with no luck... If you find a similar site (pref. with screenshots or cover art) please post a link. |

I'm 99% it was on the Amiga - I had a 500. I've looked through loads of games too, but can't find it. I asked my brother and he said it sounded familiar but he couldn't remember the title either. At least this thread helped me find out about the TOSEC set, so thanks for that at least Cozmic69! Getting them on BT now, maybe I'll find the game somewhere in with all that lot. I'll keep looking anyway, we have got to find the shit shovelling game!!! |
