No, not that primitive. Actually I would not care too much when somebody used my name, but when I learned that this is a new emule mod which "mirrors" other client names to use their community tags, I got a bit angry.

yip, cheating mods i dont like. I usually just add the familiar names i see that ive connected too, and add them to my friends list. Usually the user hash id# stays the same, though i see some mods to cheat this too, and some people have a couple clients running at the same time, making a bunch of thier names.
strange, but ive seen myself connecting to myself. i dont think its someones hijacking my name/hash#, just echos of me. Happened a lot with previous emules, or if i switch servers a lot.

and i keep getting messages on how to disable my upload speed and keep my download speed maxed. I always just ad the sender's ip to my firewall block list.
