It snowed around 15 cm. last night, and it got really caotic in Oslo. People get surprised every year. Stupid people if you ask me.. :moon:

You should have seen what happened in France last year... For a few days we had like 15 to 20 cm of snow and they had to close airports in Paris because they didn't know how to deal with this :lol:

Yesterday all the busses stopped from 19.00 - 22.30 because of a few cm. with snow. In the airport today they have cancelled alot of flights.

On tuesday, our bus was late by 25mins because the bus driver got lost... this isn't weather related, I just wanted to point out what a f*cking idiot he was :matrix:

The scarey thing is he only has to drive along one road to get to our stop, so god only knows where the hell he went.

Yeah, great to have to drive at 1/3 of the speed-limit, have to wear way too much clothes including long underwear in extreme cases, get a cold and go around sniffing in snot, have to scrape the car window, slip and fall on your ass, no women in miniskirts, get your socks all wet, your car gets stuck, buy new tires, car wont start, your shoes destroyed and finally you step in dogshit hidden under the snow!!! :matrix:

Don't even get me started on the whole 'Christmas' ordeal.

I like the snow, visually. I just dislike the cold temperatures that come with it. Here we have some "snowflake" program. Apparently if there's a picture of a snowflake on your bus stop, the bus will be skipping that stop in the event of enough snow. However, all busses will be running even with the snow, just slower.

Tonight my friends and I had a barbecue in the snow by a lake. That was something !
I hardly ever enjoyed the landscapes so much in France. But I guess that's the way it is, being attaracted by what you're not used to. I'm so used to Sicilian beaches and French countryside that I'm often amazed by the Swedish landscapes. And the Dalarna region is such a wonder

@ JD: I guess living in Scandinavia for a life-time can get the kind of everyday troubles you talked abt really annoying :roll:
