Havent seen those, I usually add ppl with the HHAH tag to my friends list, and then if it changes to another tag at a later date I remove them a sthey were just using the tag to get the movie. |

to help prevent community tag stealing/abuse could we possibly change the tag slightly each week and people have to login to see each weeks new community tag?...just a thought maybe ![]() as for those ones listed they could still be members here as i know some people do have different emule names to there forum names. The only way to truly know is to question each client (if they answer) and ask them details about this site but then that just gets silly and pointless just for the sake of bandwidth leechers.... leechers should be shot on site ![]() |

Some leecher mods will change the community tag automatically anyway, so changing it will prolly not help much, the only decent step you can take is to use a mod that bans these known leecher mods. Too many ppl leave mule running and go out for the day etc.. so questioning will not help either. What I try to do is get to know the genuine HHAH users, and when they crop up in my queue I try to give as many as possible a friend slot so they can legitimately jump the queues. |

i've got the BTO set up 576/276 hardly any problems with it after i chucked the stingray USB modem they give you and got an internal one,but we always want more bandwidth eh.....maybe a nice ISP wants to set up T1 or T3 for a similar cost ![]() |

FUckin right mate, we need more. Dunno what BT's excuse is, but TW and NTL both state it is because the cable network is only optimised for downward traffic, and too much upstream causes problems. We asked them to look into the possibility of adding more up as a premium extra service, but the wankers flatly refused to even consider it. |

I mostly download, but I wish I could upload the chunks I get a lot faster. Crappy 256 mean either 1 person gets a chunk in a decent time, or 4 ppl get chunks at shitty dial up speeds. |

256 isn't that bad a speed...i generally keep my upstream to between 20-25k/s leaving a few k/s for getting sources etc and with most mods you can set up as few as 2 d/l slots for your bandwidth i personally have 4 slots set up each one getting about 5-6k/s. Now bear in mind if everyone does this and you manage to be downloading from 3 sources at a time your getting chunks at 15k/s...not fantastic but it's not bad,if you can get that on a number of files at any given time you're doing ok ![]() |

hmmmm with regards to ippf, on the SR forum there is a guy/girl that goes by the name of fppi (could be the same person?) that does post pretty regular on all the horror threads there but i guess he/she should really register here or make thereself known here if they wanna use the community tag ![]() |
