Out of interest.

I'm assuming that, if your running 640x480 its against your will... since its not even supported by windows anymore

So, for the sake of gui development, what resolution do you guys run?

ps. mine's 1600x1200 and 1024x768 on the 2nd monitor (vote for your primary display size)

Damn it, well at least PCA has good eyes  I don't see how people can use pcs with tiny resolutions.

I got it at 1600x1200 (native panel resolution too :) ), there's just not enough space on smaller screen.

I have a shitty CRT, I have to use 1024x768 on that because its not good.

I take it all you people > 1280x1024 are LCD / TFT too?

Thx for the info peeps

See No Evil, probably a crappy monitor, but you can increase the font sizes in control panel, it will definitely be worth it with the increase in visual space.

infact, see no evil, go into display, then go to the bit where you change the resolution, then click advanced. If you increase the DPI under display, that increases the font sizes (so sayeth the text under display anyway)

I run 1152x864, next one down is too chunky, next one up is too hard to read. I can get 1280x1024, do not like it tho.
