She-Devils has similarities to Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill! (the theme tune was covered by The Cramps who also did a version of Faster Pussycat). Both deal with a gang of tough, take-no-prisoners women and have attained cultish status. However, while Meyer's pussycats are genuine nasty pieces of work, it's difficult not to like the She Devils - they may be violent and amoral ("wild, vicious, with motorcycles as their lovers"), but they also have a code of conduct and look after each other. They also wear pink pussycats with bow ties on their leather jackets.
