I think all it literally means is that one release was submitted for a 'rating' or 'classification', (to the relevant countries censorship group), ie; 'PG', '15' et al, and the other, erm, wasnt. :lol:

Could be the exact same content, but might not.
Guess all ya can do is compare the run-times, tho that aint fool-proof either!... :wacky:
