Confirmed. The other version ie the BBFC approved cut is missing the needle in the eye at 59:29. This is a 4 second cut, whereas the BBFC cut 13 secs so there must be something else. Whatever this is the uncut version , , thanks Koffkongen

I've found the other cut. Same scene, at 1:00:00, where you see Sister Gertrude insert the scalpel into Jenny's mouth and twist it round, not in the cut version you don't
