I've been looking for an uncut version of this forever! Got it off sci-fi a few years ago, but of course it was cut up. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Bill :beerchug:

Yeah , it's been requested several times AND it's available on DVD....BUT  .....

A) there are two different cuts ; the other one is called " Something is out there" ( not to be confused with a late 80'sSf miniseries )...

B) BOTH DVD releases are reportedly ABYSMAL transfers ... if anyone owns one of them they could clarify....

I feel like Ive told this before but....

When I was about 11, my uncle and cousins and I rented this from the video store, and we were watching it. It was very strange, an old woman was looking out her window into a rainy street, sadly touching piano music in the background, and she narrated about missing her family and then health problems, and then grievences about federal health coverage..... We were like WTF!? Turns out Our tape was not Something is Out There, but some informative HOSPICE video. When we returned it and got the right tape, we were wishing we didn't... LOL

Day of the Animals is the 'harder', more complete cut I think.
