The original title, "Non aprite quella porta 3", is a reference to "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", which was released in Italy under the title "Non aprite quella porta".

I've never seen it being sold anywhere. There's an Italian rip, but it's dead already and there are no English subs anyway.
