It starts with 2 dudes that are like hikers, they walk until they reach a small town. The people there are weird.

Then things get blurry for me so I skip a bit.

They sleep in a small inn, they sleep in the same room, but different beds.
One of them was already attacked before by a werewolf (I think).
The only thing I can remember clearly is that one of them pulls the other under the bed.
Also the people looked blueish when they started to change.

The movie should be from 1980-1986 or something.

It sounds like it might be this one: Werewolf (1987). It was a pilot for the TV series.

I don't think it has been posted here, but the reviews on IMDb make it sound pretty good so it would be nice if someone has a copy.
