I've been looking for that movie in my country... couldn't find it on DVD

when I do a search on Maniac Cop 3 on google I get a lot of online DVD shops that have the movie for sale between 8 and 14 dollars.

Can't we all donate a dollar (well in my case a euro) and one of use buys the movie and rips it?
