l tried the p2p but most were fakes or in an another lang'.

Besides, Van Helsing is going to be released without any requests as soon as some source appears (retail DVD for instance). The reason why it isn't on the eD network yet is that no such sources are available. For screeners look in LQ section, they will be posted all over the net when they appear.

Doing a pot luck emule search is pointless though, there's nothing out there to find

I would not say that. Even without a search I am sure there are dozends of V.H. files out there.

It doesn't appear on VCDquality though, only a German dub of the movie as a TS:
