apologies for being so god damn vague about these movies, but i've been trying to track them down for years but what with the vagueness of my descriptions, however you officiandos may be of some help!
1st) Generally some sort of demon cult thing, the most rememberable part of it was the blonde woman with six titties breast feeding the besmocked demon worshipping people
2nd) Some blonde woman gets half squished, thankfully her boyfriend is some kinda android/robot genius and fashions and he makes a copy of her body but shes evil and...robotic and kills...no seriously.
they're mid eighties - early nineties
3rd) probably the easiest, but that damn film with the brains and the spinal columns that decide to swarm on a couple, black and white and probably one of those famed B movies

2nd sounds like Deadly Friend, third one is definitely Fiend Without A Face.
