Re naming files

Ok this may sound like a dumb q but i have 1000 jpg's all different but all with the word "poster" at the beginning of each file name. Do i have to manually remove the word from each file or is there a prog that will do all of them at the same time without altering the rest of the file name ?

I use Batchrename 2 (http://www.foryoursoft.com/)

The mule should have it and it's a long way from perfect, but it does the job

I used to work in a shop and our "always on video demo" was star wars - drives you up the fucking wall after 3 years of it EVERY DAY :lol:
