Before I buy this, I need confirmation that it will import a .csv (or xls / txt etc) file and keep the movie title and index number, is this possible?

TIA

Yeah would be good to know what program people are using for keeping up their collections. I use Excel up to now, but would like to look into some progs. And as PC_A said it would be great if i could handle excel and/or txt files.

None
I have no idea what i have or have not got since i stopped using EMM :(

I simply don't have the time to import 100+ DVDrs of crap, not if its not completely automated (ie. parses the filename to get the movie and the year, searches imdb for the title and then selects the right record using the year if need be, hashes the ed2k link, and then stores it in a db).

I was thinking about making one myself but just don't have the time atm.

plus i need a good java avi/mkv/etc. parsing api since i don't have the will power to read the white papers
