I have a P4-1.8 Asus notebook for two years. But I couldn't watched any movie with the tv-out. Desktop or some games appear on the screen fine, but no video or overlay things. I didn't update any video drivers, I don't know which to use. Do Ati drivers pack include a driver for mobiles? It's a 32mb Ati mobile...

No, usually they refuse to install on mobiles. You should check for drivers on your laptop manufacturer's site. Compaq is quite regular with updates though, but I don't know about ASUS.
You should check the overlay settings - it should be enabled on both displays or if this isn't possible set the TV as primary display.
