I've noticed that I'm getting a low ID after i've gotten this new router. I tried turning DMZ off, but it doesn't change anything, so now im messing with NAT.

But im not sure what to write here, I hope you can help me (i'm sorry for the grainy image qual, it sucks and I know).

there's an exact, you must have these ports open in the FAQ @ emule-project.net

Open them and reboot your router. Make sure they match the ports in your client also

Might help if you posted your router make and model (infact you might get more helpful advice @ emule-project.net 's forums since there will be many people with your problem )
