as far as i can tell this is the down side of both pawcio and morphxt. they're giving upload slots and speed depending on the settings you have in powershare and priority and you can't stop them from doing it. i loved the option in sivka where you can choose the exact number of slots yourself.
i'm still happy with morphxt 6.6 however. it works perfectly. have you made a clean install with 6.7? i'm pretty sure you could fix your problems by doing so.
