Running StulleMule 4.0. I've noticed that uploads get put into a 'standby' state until the next slot becomes available. Well I've got a small file in PS/Release and I'm uploading to only 2 users at present. Thing is neither upload is coming out of standby and are only uploading at bytes/sec. Other uploads go standby/tranferring correctly but never these. It's only a 32 MB files but it's taking ages to go anywhere. So why don't they ever come out of standby, is it a queue thing, i.e. as those 2 users have effectively jumped any queue as the file is in PS/release?

Sussed it. It was the global datarate setting under powershare. Even though 0=unlimited I had to set an amount in there for it to kick in. Must be a stulle v4.0 problem as I haven't had to set this for a while now.
