Search on emule for "G6 FTP Server" or "Gene6 FTP Server", imo its the best windows ftp server software around and its easy to setup. A guide isn't needed. The hardest thing would be opening ports on your router which you probably already know how to do.

Downloading off of ftp is beyond simple, download "FlashFXP" once again via emule, and then just go to sites>new site and enter your details of the ftp server, its host, its port and your username and password to connect to it. Then just hit the lighting style connnect button and then select the site from the list. You'll connect providing the server is up and you have access to it.

You of course need to have the host, ip and your username and password of the ftp server your downloading from. Which you can get from the guy who runs the server.

If your intention is for piracy then it is against the terms and conditions of this site to trade or negotiate trades through this board just incase that was a followup your were intending to make, or to publicly post ftp, http or a direct download links. Hashing technologies only, and then, restricted only to emule, nzb or torrent in the appropriate sections :)
