I keep getting this message in mIRC:
You have a DCC pending, Set your client to receive the transfer. (30 seconds remaining until timeout)

What the hell do I do? It keeps getting timed out, I made sure to accept the most common file types, i've even tried *.* in this instance.

Here, try this:

irc://irc.bararcade.com/VCD-XDCCZ

Type: /msg VXZ-CRIME-012 xdcc send #3

Will send a sample of "Killer Klowns From Outer Space"
See if it works for you or if you're getting an error message...

PLEASE!?

Now I'm getting upset.

Fuckin downloading a file, all of the sudden it'll slow down to nothing and then completely stop.

Try to resume file, and get a "set up client to receive file" error, even though I was just downloading. I am getting timed out for some odd ass reason.

Any suggestions?

if i remember correctly its something like
/dcc +NICK

/dccallow +NICK

sommat like that. Try google.
Basically you have ddc ignore enabled.

That seems to work. Thanks.

Got a good script: DCCKlipper

Shows status of bot/queue place

Currently downloading: 28.Days.Later.SVCD.DVDRip-FLiX cuz it's a wonderful film.

Will share on ED2K if someone is interested.

thx for the tip. I fell out with IRC when it was a nightmare to get GTA3 from there.

I'll grab DCCklipper (btw was /dccallow + or /dcc + to turn off ignore?).

I *think* 28days laters VCD is out somewhere, i got it on DVDr. You might want to post in anyones interested to check though, would be appreciated for those that don't have means to play divx in their front rooms :)

/dccallow was what I used. Worked fine.

DCCKlipper is freaking awesome.

By the way, is Direct Connect useful for getting newer, not well distributed files as mIRC is?
