Problems with eMule (slow transfers, connecting slowly)

yesterday my emule was disconnecting all the time .. & today i connects after about 10 mins of trying & does nothing... no listing no resuming ... no upload no download

is it another attack on edonkey network? does anyone know something? my friends have the same problem today.

Tried changing port? ... maybe your ISP has put a block on it .. and maybe your friends use the same ISP as you?

mine works.... but it's dreadfully slow tho... i'm only uploading with 2kbsec.. and i have 400kbsec to go on... and there was reports of my shares not showing earlier... hm... maybe something fishy IS going on

I was constantly getting disconnected yesterday too. I'm not sure why, but everything was still working fine so I didn't worry too much about it. Well except for the fact that I kept ending up on the fuckbird server after it would reconnect...that was kind of annoying.

There is definitely something weird going on. I just checked and I was only uploading at 2.9 kB/s. I restarted the mule and now I'm back up in my usual range (42 kB/s).

I'm still having problems on my own line.. (the faster remote line is working properly again).. but here.. i'm uploading to 2 poor guys with 0.5kbsec each.. tried changing ports, and been on almost every server in the list ?/#"&

i have been back wit teh mule since last night and getting fairly respectable speeds and been connected to SEDG all the time. but the temp client i have been using for the last few days didnt seem to be upping too well.

Mine is fucked now, it connects to mule fine, but KAD is showing as firewalled. I completely removed all traces of mule and reinstalled and still the same, so I plonked my pref file back to get my userhash and still the same. Tried changing ports etc and no difference. When I start it it will connect fine and find sources etc, but within half an hour it has lost every single source and refuses to find any more, also have no-one in my queue and have uploaded oK in last 6 hours, very strange.

P.S. my ISP do NOT block ports, and I have no other apps running that use net, except IE.

mine works better now. but its not the same that was a week or 2 ago

... my friend had emule on all night & not a single person apeared in his queue & it didnt download anything

but he was connected to server almost all the time...
