I've just upgraded to 600k from 150k and my max upload
should have gone up to 16KB but it's not any better than
before. I'm running mule on port 4661 but the u/l will
not go over 10KB
I know my settings are ok, so is NTL throttling the u/l?

What connections do other people have?

can you reduce the u/l slots with a mod? cos i'd rather have 3 peeps getting 3.5KB from me instead of 5 peeps with 1.8KB.

I'm on NTL 1Mb and my uploads NEVER drop below what they're set to, my port is 4663 though (not that it should make any difference).
Any decent mod will allow you to minimise upload slots.

One thing though, Your max upload should be ~24Kbps with NTL 600k

I use Theblackhand v6, it's fine for me, but you should have a look at http://www.emule-mods.com/ to see what suits you best.

You can just change the .exe in most cases, again see the readme for the individual mod.

512, 256 here, upload is constant 26ish.

Pawcio seems to be the best upload system, try that version. BHM uses the same upload.
