My computer was off for 24 hours and am still getting pinged from the emule session yesterday.

Is it safe to block all these IP's, or is this normal to have shit last this long?

/always thought it only took 1 hour to tell people I was off.

thanks for any input.

erm, you do know that emule stores sources to a source file don't you? That's one of the reasons emule shows more sources than edonkey right away.

Refresh your ip satan, I can see your on temp. static or on a dynamic with a router/stable connection.

It is perfectly normal, when I switched to my router I got 'pinged' (or more accurately packet transfer requests) for a few days as my ip uptime is ages.

Blocking those ips means a) your source count will drop b) people won't be able to download from you who may have been queuing for ages.

Eitherway, you don't need to block, or just close edonkey default ports whilst your not on emule
