I got hold of Jacob's Ladder DVD and I want to rip the excellent Deleted Scenes material from it. I tried a free DVD player software which told me they are at Title 4, Chapter 1.
However, I've tried imTOO DVD Audio Ripper (I just need the audio) but it doesn't seem to find Title 4 at all... only finds Title 1,2,3.
In practice it looks like it sees only the actual movie with and without commentary, but none of the special features or trailers.

Anyone know of software that can rip these parts of DVD's?

The way I do dvd rips is to use DVDshrink. Basicaly I put the dvd in scan it, then find the title I want and drag it to a new complation. (you can preview them in the app to make sure you have the right stuff) Turn on and off the audio tracks you want and the subtitle tracks. The direct stream copy from the dvd to Hdrive....

You now have a dvd on the Hdrive with no menus, no anythign apart from wat you want to turn into avi.

Then simply load the dvd in autoGK and bang you are done.

For custom and non-movie running times, standard Gknot is a better option.

True, if using autoGK make sure you use the quality % option rather than the cd size one or you will make it a full cd or more for a small bit of footage ;) (autoGK has a preview so you can test how it will look)

@spudthedestroyer Normal GK is better results period I am told but I have never been anle to figure it out... it is rather complex. Well I did figure it out but autoGK is just point and click.
