i give in...how do i make a comment on emule so it flags up with the green ! sign

Shared files, right click d/l, edit file comments.

You need to wait until you have enough of the file to show up in the shared files tab. Right click the file and select "edit file comments". Fill in your stuff and hit "apply".

and you have to give it "excellent" on file quality.

It's completely retarded in that way, if you give it a fair rating because the video quality is not the best (say its an old film or something) then it gives it a red flag :roll:

So even though the file maybe a perfect rip of an old film, and video quality isn't top notch as in the latest matrix or some other dribble, it gets a red flag.
