NTL Upload Speeds

Hiya folks.

I have a friend who is keen to get on the mule. He currently has the NTL 150k broadband connection, but unfortunately neither he or i have the phone service, so no free enquiries to NTL.

I'm just curious to know if anyone here knows what the upload speed is on this connection as a search of the net isn't getting me the answer.

64/150 at the lowest tier. although IIRC this is about to be increased to 128/300 free of charge
