Paste this in your webservices.dat and then you just have to rightclick on any file in emule to search IMDB.
I use it all the time since i often forget what the movie was about...

amazon owns imdb so its probably an advertising thing. And since IE isn't well... secure it might be just forwarding you on.
It really baffles me why people even use ie.. I mean you must know better by now?
