In the early hours of this morning my connection to eMule has struggled to find a server, my download speed has dropped to next to nothing and a lot of my downloads are showing Too Many Connections when I open them up. I currently have 65 films downloading, 8 paused and only 2 of them are particularly popular (Spiderman 2 and Jersey Girl) so does anyone have any idea what might have caused this? Thanks.

I've had eMule off for a few hours and have just put it back on. Any file that I'm downloading that has more than a handful of sources is showing as Too Many Connections when I open it up & nothing is downloading. Any ideas anyone?

eMule limits the number of active connections (search for 'connection limits' and 'max new connections /5 sec' in preferences)

check back at your mule after about 10 minutes and i reckon that all the "too many connections" would have connected and then everything should go on as normal....mine does this when i initially open the mule and all is sorted after 10 mins.....

Thanx - you're right - it's working fine now - maybe it's always done this and I've never noticed b4 - I hardly ever have any type of films downloading with more than about 10 sources!!!
