Converting avi to VCD: Sound sync on split

I have downloaded all the leprechaun movies but when i try to make them into vcd using nero it says the files are to big.

So i split them but then all the sound goes funny. Sound comes out then afew minuites later the mouths move.

Can any please help me sort this out

I have managed to split lep 3 but when i made it into vcd using nero the film picture is all messed up and its green.

Im havin a bad time with this please can you help

you tried following the format conversion guides @ http://www.doom9.org or http://www.vcdhelp.com . I find those guides very comprehensive and definitive on the matter

Can't help beyond that though, I hate format conversion. I would point out that you really should not be using nero to do this! Quality will be will be seriously compromised

Try to encode them with Tmpgenc, and split them after the encoding is finish. Then the sound should be fine.
