On dual audio files of course. If I switch the stream with Morgan Stream Switcher (yes I have the latest version), the file will start to play in double speed, and the audio in double fequency.

Any ideas?

I dunno about this exactly, but with audio applications if you have for example a samplerate set to 44100hz and you're playing back audio with a samplerate of 22050hz, it will play back half the speed.

for example when working with a music application and the driver is set at 96khz samplerate and you manage to play back a 44.1khz MP3 in another application at the same time, it will play back faster.

my point is I would guess it has something to do with different bitrates/samplerates in different streams.

that's all

Start the movie and pause it right away.

Then switch streams and try again.

It happens also to me, but only in mplayer2. Media Player Classic and BSPlayer work fine.

hhm, I had morgan stream doodah on my old set up, it used to sometimes play at the wrong speed on WMP, but as I generally used BSPlayer I never bothered trying to correct it.

I assume you have tried the usual shit like uninstall and reinstall?

Is it a Ac3 rip? I was having the same problem with 2 stream ac3 rips, and re-installing ac3 codec did the trick.
