My emule speeds, which picked up for a while are now back to being shite after NTL increased my line speed to 1.5mb, my (dedicated) emule machine is :

P4 2.0 Ghz
512Mb Ram

and is running Pawcio mod behind a linksys BEFSR41W Router.
I have forwarded the relevant ports and always have a HighID.

So my question is, does anyone else on NTL get consistant good speeds on emule?

If so, please could you post your emule settings or any tips you may have. the weird thing is I used to get ~100kbps downloads ALL the time, but recently I'm lucky to get 50Kbps despite my line now being capable of 192Kbps (max)

im on ntl m8,im running neo mule and ive never had any thing above 50kbps dont know why,

I've got a couple of things to try when I get home, I'll let you know what happens

I monster, I've managed to get my speeds back up to ~the 100 Kbps mark, hopefully they'll stay there this time here are my settings :

Using Emule Pawcio 5.14
150Kbs - download
20Kbs - upload
TCP port 88
UDP port 4661
Max Connections 750
Hard limit 5000

I know the hard limit is weird and I never get anywhere near that number of connections, BUT if it's lower emule doesn't work so well.
It takes a few hours to pick up speed BTW
