MorphXT 5.8 Weird behaviour with KAD

MorphXT will not connect to KAD for me, everytime I try, it just stays at connecting, if I replace the Nodes.dat file it blanks it

I cannot get it to connect to KAD, any ideas as to why not?

no.. but my morphXT 5.8 eats all my ram badly and won't let me connect to poland eaisily, and a few other people I know

i had morph 5.7 but reverted back to 2.5 as it basically sucked in comparison to previous versions :evil:

well after big speed drops using sivka recently(ave less than 40k!!) and no new version of the mod for a coupla releases i trying pawcio 5.15f atm, downloads are back to 60-70k again but must say not so sure bout the upload. i have deep red on powershare but dont seem to be upping much of that file atm? any ideas? also is there no option to limit amount of upload slots?

I've never had problems with the upload on Pawcio, as for limiting upload slots, look under Bandwidth control > Advanced and check Badwolf's upload slots.

So did that fix your kad problem?

I'm using MorphXT 5.8 with no issues. It was a totally fresh install though.

Had real problems with MorphXT on a fresh install too

exactly!! wot is strange is that i recently upgraded my net pc from celeron 700 to XP2200+ n my faithful sivka mod jus dont seem to work so good on my new system! infact average download speed dropped from 65+ to less than 40!! hence now trying out new mods :wacky:
