Open with has gone AWOL

For some reason when I right click a file, any file!!!!!, it has and Open option, but no Open With?

How the fuck do I get it back please?

No, it still doesn't work.

By the way I am doing this with speech recognition.

As you can see, it is working quite well, which is surprising considering I've given it almost no training
