im having this problem with hotmail that started on saturday at noon

i changed my password for security reasons, then it took me to the choose a secret question & answer then it just takes me too a error page like this



any help would be VERY greatly appreciated as msn customer service dont like free account users and havent got back to me yet and its been nearly 5 days, i cant even sign up for a new hotmail account at hotmail.co.uk and get all my emails contacts etc transferred over because it wont let me sign up to new ones

wtf are you even using hotmail is the cry? There's absolutely no reason to run the gaunlet of turd anymore... just sign up to gmail and then tell all your contacts to stop emailing you there.

hotmail has always been an utterly terrible email service, i'm suprised people still use it at all these days

that coming from spudthedestroyer@hotmail.com i already have gmail, its mainly because i have some emails i need in the account

that email address is dead, it has never worked, and it will not work now. That's a fake address for msn messenger back when passport only allowed hotmail addresses, which it doesn't anymore. The fact that you think i use it means it was a good choice, call me skeptical but its not the best idea handing out your email, at least not one that's valid

My real msn account uses another email address, since i use trillian i have two msn accounts, one for people i don't know @hotmail, one for people i do know. And both mail addresses will bounce mails.

I used a hotmail account once and it was fucking terrible (from stability to hijacking external links, to advertising), hence i let it die. I really, really don't understand how you could use hotmail at all.

Sounds like hotmail is just fucked. Your mails are gone buddy (or probably will come back when passport fixes itself), but on the bright side, hotmail is just fucked.

ah fair enough, i never said i liked hotmail, just like u said u didnt use to be able to use non hotmail ones on msn, they have now got rid of link hijacking though thankfully
