Ripping deleted scenes etc

What sort of file size should you be looking for when ripping deleted scenes, making of's and the like.

Is there a mb per minute ratio or something you rippers aim for?

If your average horror movie is 90 mins and a rip should be 700MB then I would say 7.7 recurring meg per minute, I ripped a couple of trailers and aimed for 20MB for these.
