I completely forgot about this, but when I was overseas I used port 80 for emule as the default ones were blocked by my ISP. I've just noticed both TCP and UDP are still on port 80.
I'm wondering now if it's OK to use port 80, or is it better to use something else rather than the defaults.

well it should be okay to use 80 if it works, infact its better than the defaults since they are now increasingly blocked at both ends (to/from).
Personally though, i think sending to port 80 might be blocked by many firewalls, i'd try something like 2662, etc. A port that doesn't have an allocated use.

Thanks spud. It works just fine - just seems weird using port 80.
