I was downloading "Evil Dead Regeneration" for Ps2, the file was on 95% and when i restarted the pc and open the ed2k the file is on - 98% and the file size is - 4762762kb or something crazy like that, someone can tell me if the is some way to fix the temp file or i need to download all the game again?

If not, emule has pretty decent corruption handling, as long as your file is still listed as downloading (ie you can see it in your client), if any chunks are corrupt, it will redownload them.
