that has nothing to do with cce, sounds like you don't know how to make a DVD-Video, which probably means your burning a DVDrom.

What are you doing, butchering downloaded avis? CCE will give you an mpeg2 stream, but you still need to author a DVD, add the audio and then construct a vobset. Once you have the vobs, you then can build a DVD with VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS hierachy.

Sounds like your just dumping an mpeg2 on a DVDr, which is not a DVD video, its a video file dumped on a disc (ie its no more a dvd than an avi sitting on a hard drive).

there's guides at DVDhelp.com , I suspect you just need to read some guides on authoring. DVDlab is an okay program for making menus and constructing a vobset, i think nero has a cheap and chearful thing, if you choose DVDvideo and drag a .mpg file with audio muxed in it will make a DVDvideo with no menus.

If your using something like dvd rebuilder for copying DVDs, just let it build an iso and burn that with dvddecrypter.

To be absolutely clear, CCE is an encoder, all it does is encode one video to an mpeg2 in the highest acheivable way (without spending thousands on high end equipment), you need another program to build things into a DVD once you have the video.

If it got a result then job done :)

I was a little rushed early when i pusted that, should be:

One of these guides might be helpful, there's a lot of way to make menus and stuff:

what kind of output did you get from cce? if its m2v you can use nero DVD->DVD-VIDEO and drag an audio track over too (presuming you've converted the audio to PCMWAV or AC3).

There's a guide here:
