Looks decent, two things you can try to improve quality:
1) reduce the resolution to 512, your bitrate is very low and it should help make the edges clearer (ie hands on the womans breast and blurry motion)
2) You could try overcropping the little bits of black matte around the image as best you can. Xvid is very bad at sudden changes so when there's bits of matting on, it wastes a lot of bits trying to figure out what the hell it needs to do.

I don't have this movie so i'd download it :)

Cool flick. Shame I'll still have to hear italian w/o subs... but hey its a fun movie. The quality looks acceptable to me, however Spud is right (as usual...), though I'd add: Use a lower audio bitrate, 96kbps VBR is good enough; you can also try to reduce the framerate to 23.97, which will improve video bitrate among other things. However, IVTC is a tricky thing to use manually, and can make the result choppy at worst. Good work though and welcome to the dead donkey. I'll wait to grab this, if you want to have another go at it. If you don't, let us know, I'll grab this rip. Thanks! :beerchug:

The grattitude of this board is legendary as always... :wacky:

If the dvd source is as blurry/fuzzy as I suspect it is , then lowering resolution will have little effect.... just like there is no point in lowering resolutions in worn off VHS tape cases.... :wink:

And I disagree with Geezus. Lowering the resolution will ALWAYS improve the motion quality.
