You don't seem to be sharing them according to what you appear as a source for:

are what your listed as sharing that I'm downloading.

You maybe hiding them or something. Some clients hide chunks and shit, all that junk is totally unhelpful and does more harm than good most of the time. If you got a client with them, see if its switched on (I know some clients have turned that junk on by default).
