I have uploaded Disk 1 now about 5GB:s and
disk 2 318MB:s so not that many ques for disk 2 yet.
I think both are spreading quite nicely.

yes BOTH. i got a nice steady 20-24K down from all4jaws and the second cd completed since i posted above to say grabbin #2

I still have both cd:s in powershare and i can keep it like that but
was just wondering shoud i put only 2:nd cd on powershare
for a while so it would spread more, because i've uploaded
first one over 8 GB:s now. It's your call, so tell me what's
the situation..

I played CD1 and previewed CD2, and both are ver heavily interlaced

Is that just my PC or is it like that for every-one else?

I'd say stick CD2 on powershare alone and let us that got 1 from you pass it on!

Will spread better that way!

I finished CD #1 yesterday too! Just need #2 now. I watched it and yes it was heavily interlaced on mine too, no matter which player I tried it on. I wasn't sure if it was just me or not. Still it's better than nothing.

And I'm still not sure if this is the film that I posted about the other day.... It looks like it could be... I guess I'll find out when I get the 2nd half. The story's been pretty good so far

I know - and badly!

But I'm not complaining and can be fixed with a re-code :wink:

But how does a file like this get on the network, once ripped if you'd have played it you can see it's not perfect

my thoughts exactly paul, btw how easy is it to 're-code' to get rid of? cos got a couple of movies that could do with that treatment....

Never really done it with interlaced, but load the rip into v/nan dub and then just choose :

video->filters
and add a de-interlace filter and then re-code/save it.
Should do the trick.

Will post my results when I do it :wink:
