Okay, I'm going to impose a vertical height restriction on signatures. The absolute max you should be aiming to get under is ~180 max (in total). That's about 9 lines of text.

Noticed a few people with huge signatures and if they shrink in size, its because they are huge :)

How do you know how high my lines are? Hey, I am very short sighted. 9 lines hardly fit on my 19'' monitor :twisted:

Is 9 lines of text, its obviously a constant cos its hardcoded in a CSS file ;) That still excessive if you ask me, I think that mine just about pushes it too.

A signature appears after every post and its a lot to scroll past, especially if you tend to give small/one word posts.

I don't care how big sigs are. Usually I block them when they reach the '5' in Spud's nice post above :-)

then you obviously do care, hence why you block em :lol:

Anyways, just a note. I'll see if images can be resized using:
Code:
<img src="source" height=120>

Some mess up though so they may just be removed. Anyway, if you have large images, try cropping or removing some :) If you have a series of em, keep the ones that you prefer and perhaps ditch the others.

I don't care because I can block them with one mouse click. Else I'd be annoyed.

I've just resized mine to 120 using that method, seems to work fine :)

If I do that it tends to shag up the TV lines effect, so I'll resize it in photoshop and re-upload.

Will trim mine up a bit too, altho us STR fella's should be allowed a max vertical height of 600 if you ask me :wink: Was gonna resize mine to 1000x800.
