Sometimes I use hours to find a perfect background image, and then a few hours more to find a Windowblinds theme to go with it... ![]() Here's what I'm using atm: http://www.angelfire.com/ultra/badgoatee/desktop2.jpg and this is what I used a while ago: http://www.angelfire.com/ultra/badgoatee/desktop1.jpg Here's a couple more of my favourite wallpapers: http://www.angelfire.com/ultra/badgoatee/images/ I like nice women on my desktop ![]() That geoshell seems interesting, maybe I'll give it a try sometime. XP is such a memoryhog that any applications that use less memory are welcome to my system. |

hehe, my navy has billions, stationed in something that rarely see the daylight, is long and hard(and its not a submarine) 50 meters long with six inch solid steel multi layered hull and armor piercing torpedoes. I have to buy my pants at a special store. wait, that is my submarine. on the otherhand, my wiener doesnt even have its own web site, gets laughed at constantly, and once i lost it(it was cold out). |

@Spud, please tell me one thing: is there any way to place icons on your desktop in geoshell? |
Author: | spudthedestroyer [ Mon Feb 16, 2004 1:19 pm ] |

the need for them are totally irelevant, redundant even with geoshell. You just add another shell taskbar and set it not to stay on top ![]() 'desktop' can be viewed by 2nd button--> desktop, or if you so wish to load up the icons, you should create a new taskbar then set it to load up the elements of the desktop folder, but I don't see much need for an actual desktop in that sense. The use of a quicklaunch bar is much better, and i was never a fan of dumping documents, pictures etc. there. Put all them in d:\ or my documents. Top picture shows how I'#ve put all my shortcuts in an appearing window There may be a way to have it old windows style, I haven't really checked. http://www.geoshell.com will have the answer if you can ![]() |
